Samsung Galaxy A20s özellikleri ile uygun fiyata alınabilecek güçlü bir cihaz. cihazı, gücünü 8 çekirdekli Snapdragon 450 işlemci (1.8 Ghz) almaktadır. 3 GB ve 4 GB RAM seçenekleri mevcut gözükmekte.Fakat ülkemize kaç GB RAM ile geleceği konusu belirsiz. Yine 32 GB ve 64 GB depolama alanı seçenekleri (512 GB’ye kadar artırılabilir microSD desteği) cihazda mevcuttur.
Cihaz 4000 mah nerden baksanız devasa bir batarya ile gelmektedir.Bu batarya ayrıca 15w hızlı şarj desteğine sahip. Şüphesiz bu az kullanımda batarya 2 günü çıkaracaktır. Cihaz type-c giriş soketine sahiptir.
Cihazda hem parmak izi okuyucu hemde yüz tanıma ile kilit açma sistemi mevcuttur.Parmak izi okuyucu arka tarafta yer almaktadır.

Samsung Galaxy A20s cihazında toplamda 2’si arkada olmak üzere 3 kamera bulunmaktadır. Cihazın ön kamerası f/2.0 diyafram açıklığında 8 megapiksel’dir. Arka kameralar ise, 13 megapiksel çözünürlüğünde f/1.8 diyafram açıklığında ana arka kamera ,8 megapiksel, f/2.2 diyafram açıklığında geniş açı kameraya sahip 2nci kamera ile tamamlanmaktadır.
